About Me

- I am an Army wife, SAHM of 4. Our chaos is changing as the husband is in the process of retiring from the Army. We have started a farm to make ourselves self sustaining. We would love to solely feed our family from food we have grown or raised. I will be documenting that transition here. My kids are in Soccer, Wrestling, Taekwondo, Fastpitch Softball, Swimming, Cub Scouts, and Choir--depending on the kid and the season. I'm also recovering from a couple of injuries and getting back to fitness. I continue taking care of my husband, 4 kids, and home. I wouldn't have our lives any other way...happy chaos!

You did a great job! I am very impressed by the cake (and Shane's willingness to be photographed wearing a feather boa!). I can't believe she is six, she is still a little preschooler in my head! All the kids looked like they had great fun. Your Disney plans sound fun, btw! I don't think Drew is old enough for it to be worth the trouble for us, but what a great deal!
Yeah I kinda didn't tell him I snapped that picture--and then didn't tell him I posted it until his sister commented on FB. He thought it was funny though.
I can't believe Meg is 6 either!! Where does time go?
This is the first year we are thinking it is worth it for Disney for us too--now that Dillan will be 3 in six days!!!
It looks like she had a fun party. All that pink! 6 all ready! well done on the cake.
It wouldn't be a Meghan party without pink:)
