Cub Scouts

Well I've just got 3 kids home with me this weekend. Brendan is off in another country camping. The scouts are completing a service project by cleaning up Omaha Beach and laying wreaths at the cemetery in Normandy. It should be a great learning experience for him as well as a fun camping trip.

Here's a picture of him all loaded up before he left--yep he packed in his own gear--hope they don't have to walk to far....

Moving...or Not....

We finally found out we are moving.... nowhere. We are staying right where we are. We are disappointed at not getting to LIVE in Germany, but I'm thrilled with the idea of not having to pack up and move. We will be here in Italy for another year--or so it seems--I'm never positive when it's the Army saying so.

I can hear my kids trying to kill each other so....
