Meghan's Recital and Pictures

I know this video isn't that great, but at least you can hear her. I'm trying to get a better copy and will post it when I get it. (Make sure you scroll to the bottom and pause my playlist before you play it)

I'll have to upload something of Brendan later--can't seem to find anything real current that I can get to work.:(

Internet Issues

Well, it's been a bit since I've been on here. My internet has only been working sporadically the past week or so. Most of the time not at all. I think it is all straightened out now--at least I hope so. I'll try to do some pictures this afternoon--no I didn't forget Veronica:)

I really want to put some video of Meghan's recital up, but I've got to figure out how to do it--and my video is not very good--it's really dark--I'm hoping to get a better copy from a friend of mine, but she is in France right now. I may go ahead and put mine up--cuz you can still hear her:)

I'm going to attempt to figure it out now--so check back for updates.

Lots Going On, But All Good News!!

The elementary school here is 50 years old, so we spent the other day at a carnival and a program where Katie's class (along with all the others) sang. She did really well at singing and dancing. It was quite fun.

Meghan had her first shot and singing that day too. It was a kind of practice recital for her. She sang on stage with the microphone for the first time. She did really well. The problems came with the sound system. They had to move everything from outside--inside at the last minute because of rain so they had some issues with feedback and the disk was skipping. Oh, well. Her real recital is next Friday so hopefully it will go better.

Katie finished up baseball today--it rained--again. So we just had the awards ceremony.

Meghan had her preschool graduation today. It was really cute--they had mortarboards, sang a little song about finishing preschool and going to Kindergarten, they each read a paper and showed a picture about what they will do in Kindergarten (Meghan will read books), then they got a diploma and had snacks. Fun!!

The final thing is that there was a big meeting on post today and the dates are finally out for the return of our soldiers. Only 2 months to go!!! We are all very happy to be able to begin the actual countdown!

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!
